Absolutely. Many customers combine Property Management with Fund Management, for example. Each product is billed independently and you can add or remove products at any time.
How does per-unit pricing work?
You pay based on the number of active units (or entities, for Fund Management) in your portfolio. Vacant units still count toward your total.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and ACH bank transfers. For larger portfolios, we offer invoice billing with net-30 terms.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Fettle OS uses encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, runs on SOC 2-compliant infrastructure, and performs regular security assessments.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly billing on all products.
